CAMPING
Camping is allowed at the fields under these guidelines.
Guidelines:
- No Alcohol is allowed at any one of the field sites during the entire weekend, those who bring Alcohol will suffer the consequences brought to them by the Statesboro Police.
- The Pavillion Shelter and its rooms are tabacoo free facilities
- After 12am on Friday and Saterday sound systems, radios, and any other type of amplified sound must be turned off. Only acoustic and low volume sound is allowed (acoustic guitars).
- Grills are allowed at the camp site, you are responsible for cleaning and removing used and unused charcoal from the site. Please do not pour water on coals, let them burn out naturally.
- Vehicles must stay in the parking lot, no driving over the curb or on the grass.
- Furniture is not to be removed or moved from the pavillion without CRI staff permission.
- Glass containers are not permitted.
- Dumpsters are adjacent to the campsite, and you are expected to leave the site the way you found it.
- Pets are permitted, must be leashed. Clean up after them please.
Location and Info:
- Camp site is located just outside of the site A field complex at the RAC (Recreation Activity Center found on the directions page) next to the Pavillion.
- Walking trail lights will turn off at 12am.
- Showers are available at the RAC on Friday from 7pm-8pm, Saterday from 6pm-8pm, and Sunday from 11 am until need be.
- Any questions or concerns there will be a CRI staff member on duty all night at the pavillion.
- In an emergency call 911, if using a campus phone dial 9 -911. An emergency phone is located in the pavillion by the restrooms, as well as emergency call boxes in the RAC parking lot.
REFUND POLICY
This document outlines College Southern's refund policy for leagues and tournaments.
- If the participant plays any part of the event: NO REFUND.
- If the participant is a no-show on the day of the event: NO REFUND.
- If the participant backs out before the event's signups have closed: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee (see below).
- If the participant backs out after the event's signups have closed and we can fill their spot: Full refund minus $25 administrative fee.
- If the participant backs out after the event's signups have closed and we can't fill their spot: NO REFUND.
An administrative fee will be assessed on some refunds to cover various costs in processing the initial signup and refund (i.e.: formatting, stamps and envelopes, etc.). In no case will College Southerns be making money when processing refunds, we only charge the administrative fee so that we don't lose money when people cancel on us.
